COLUMBIA ATELIER

June 25, 2020
in Art, Graffiti, Inspiration, Lifestyle

An old abandoned vinyl factory, that had it’s glory days from 1930 till the late 2000’s has been revived for the last 10 years by various Athenian graffiti artists that found in it some empty walls were they could practice without the fear of being chased or written over, a place where they could express themselves and create altogether inspiring each other just like maybe musicians would do…

It’s all about expressing your feelings and finding your inner talent and keep progressing on something you love and it doesn’t really matter if the masses see your work, it’s all about yourself and your appetite for creation.

The Columbia factory that once was producing some of the most famous tunes that inspired so many people has now become a proper gallery with some untouched gems from some of Athens finest street artists.

Take a free tour of the atelier through this short documentary and get inspired by the works of Billy Gee, ATEK, Alex Martinez, PUPET and many more.
